GOOD GET GIVEAWAY Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

Information on how to participate and the Prize (as defined in Section 9) form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). The submission of an Entry (as defined in Section 3) in this Sweepstakes is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This giveaway is a sweepstake and therefore based on chance.

1. Date of Sweepstakes.

You can enter this Sweepstakes between 12:00 AM (GMT) on February 23, 2026 and 11:59 PM (GMT) on March 23, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

This Sweepstakes will include four (4) weekly prize drawings during the Giveaway Period. Winners will be selected and notified each Sunday during the Giveaway Period (see Section 10).

2. Eligibility.

This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years or older as of the date of entry (“Entrant” or “You”). By entering the Sweepstakes, You must agree to these Terms and Conditions, which create a binding legal agreement between You and the Promoter, so please read them carefully.

Employees of the Promoter (together with its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates) and/or any agency, contractor and/or agents who are directly associated with the organization or administration of this Sweepstakes, and any immediate family members of any of the foregoing individuals, are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, “immediate family members” means spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, children, siblings and their spouses, and any person living in the same household (whether related or not).

3. How to Enter.

There are five (5) ways to enter the Sweepstakes (each an “Entry Method”). Unless otherwise stated below, each completed Entry Method equals one (1) entry into the weekly drawing(s).

  1. Follow on Social (1 entry per platform):
    Follow Good Get on each of the following platforms to earn entries:

    • Facebook (1 entry)

    • Instagram (1 entry)

    • TikTok (1 entry)
      Limit one (1) entry per platform per Entrant during the Giveaway Period.

  2. Share the Giveaway Post to Your Story (1 entry):
    Share the official giveaway post to your story on an eligible platform where story sharing is available and keep it visible for at least 24 hours.
    Limit one (1) entry per Entrant during the Giveaway Period.

  3. Tag a Friend in the Comments (1 entry per comment):
    Tag a friend in the comments on the official giveaway post to earn one (1) entry per comment, limited to 3 comments.
    Limit one (1) tag/comment entry per day per Entrant during the Giveaway Period. Duplicate tags and tagging the same person repeatedly may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

  4. Sign Up for the Newsletter (1 entry):
    Sign up for the Good Get email newsletter via the giveaway form or the website signup to earn one (1) entry.
    Limit one (1) entry per Entrant during the Giveaway Period.

  5. Write a Product Review (1 entry per eligible review):
    Write a review of a Good Get product on www.goodgetapparel.com to earn one (1) entry per eligible review.
    Limit one (1) eligible review per product per Entrant. Reviews must be submitted during the Giveaway Period and must comply with site guidelines. Incomplete, fraudulent, or spam reviews are void.

Important: You may only enter this Sweepstakes via the methods listed; any other method of entry will not be accepted. Any entries outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible for a Prize. Your submission of an entry constitutes your legal representation that you are eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes, and that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Prizes awarded to ineligible participants will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Entrant. Each entry period

4. Entry Requirements / Prohibited Conduct.

  • Entries must be submitted by the Entrant. Automated, scripted, or bot entries are prohibited and void.

  • The Promoter may disqualify any Entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Terms and Conditions, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

  • If an Entry Method requires a public action (e.g., story share), the Entrant is responsible for ensuring the Promoter can verify completion (e.g., public account settings during verification, tagging/mentioning where applicable).

5. Weekly Drawings / Odds.

Four (4) winners will be selected—one (1) winner per week—by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry window(s) within the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each weekly drawing.

Good Get may select additional Entries to be used as replacements if any Entrant chosen as a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or accept the Prize. Good Get’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Sweepstakes is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize.

There will be a total of four (4) prizes awarded during the Giveaway Period (each a “Prize”), with one (1) Prize awarded each week.

Each Prize consists of one (1) full Good Get outfit, which includes:

  • One (1) top

  • One (1) bottom

  • One (1) hat

Total Prizes: Four (4) full outfits (one per week).

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances (including, but not limited to, inventory or sizing availability). All taxes as set forth by applicable law, including, but not limited to, applicable federal, state and local taxes, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

7. Winner Notifications / Claiming the Prize.

Winners will be notified each Sunday between February 23, 2026 and March 23, 2026 (inclusive) via email and on Good Get’s social media platforms. Winner notifications will occur on Sundays (Eastern Time), and may occur at any time on that day.

To claim the Prize, the Winner must follow the claim instructions provided in the notification, including providing any information reasonably required to fulfill the Prize (such as name, shipping address, email, size selections, and/or color preferences).

If a Winner does not respond and complete the claim process within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, Good Get reserves the right to select an alternate winner for that week’s Prize. Good Get will not be liable for a Winner who cannot be contacted or who forfeits their Prize.

8. Publicity.

The Winner’s name and/or social handle may be announced and published on Good Get’s websites or social media profiles or other channels. The Winner agrees that Good Get may use the Winner’s name, image, and/or likeness (including social handle and any public post related to the giveaway) for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further notice and without compensation, where permitted by law.

9. Use of Data.

By taking part in this Sweepstakes, all participants consent to the collection, storage and use of their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and awarding the Prize, and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Good Get’s Privacy and Cookie Policy. Participant information may be disclosed to competent authorities in compliance with statutory obligations, Good Get’s affiliates, or to third parties involved in awarding or fulfilling the Prizes.

10. Release / Limitation of Liability.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Get and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising/promotion agencies, and each such company’s officers, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use or misuse of any Prize, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage or loss of property.

The Released Parties do not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed, including, but not limited to, entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of network, system, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

11. General Conditions.

Good Get reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or amend this Sweepstakes without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control, or to address fraud, technical failures, or other issues that might compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social platform.

12. Governing Law and Forum.

This Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws principles, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal courts sitting in Augusta, GA, with respect to any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, these Terms and Conditions or any Prize won.
