Refund policy

Domestic Return Policy

We want you to love our clothes. That’s why we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, login at account.goodgetapparel.com. Alternatively, contact us at returns@goodgetapparel.com with your name, address, order #, and what you’d like to return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Quality Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We stand behind the quality of our product and will exchange any item that has manufacturer defects or quality issues during normal usage. 

Exchanges
Exchanges can be done for items unworn and with labels on within 30 days of purchase free of charge. Start the return process by emailing us at returns@goodgetapparel.com and state that you would like to exchange the item in question. Once we receive the product we will send out the exchange asap.

Holiday Exchanges
Holiday exchanges can be made for purchases made in November or December of the given year, for items unworn and with labels on within 30 days of purchase OR within 14 days after 12/25 (whichever is later) free of charge. Start the return process by emailing us at returns@goodgetapparel.com and state that you would like to exchange the item in question. Once we receive the product we will send out the exchange asap.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping charges within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@goodgetapparel.com .

Final Sale Items 
All items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Final Sale items are clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase. All Final Sale purchases are final and non-refundable. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

International Return

We are happy to offer returns within 30 days of purchase. International returns are processed a little bit different from domestic returns.

Email us at returns@goodgetapparel.com with the order number and items to be returned.

Once you complete your return, we will generate a return order and you will receive an email with the shipping label. Use the provided shipping label to package and ship those items back our direction. Please note that the cost of the returns fees will be deducted from the refund. As soon as that package has been returned to our facility, a refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours
